Myself and my partner are first time buyers and cannot fault the service we have been provided so far. We initially spoke with Julian who was very helpful and managed to secure us some incentives with the developer which is greatly appreciated. Isabelle was then assigned as our mortgage advisor and has been so knowledgable, supportive and reassuring. We could not have asked for anyone better to guide us through the process as first time buyers and have no doubt that this level of service will continue through to completion of our new build in the summer.
