Second visit. All good

Booked a drive in London, Heathfield Rd, for the 8th of August this year. A week later we found out the event we were attending wasn't going ahead. We contacted both Park on My drive and the drive owner about being reimbursed, I got a standard email from Park on My Drive telling him to pay the monies back, and nothing. Numerous emails were sent and silence. Happy to take your money, but not solve issues.

Great communication.
Close to Wembley Stadium.
Only slight issue was that it was a bit tricky to park my SUV by the hedge.

I haven't yet parked so I can't rate it.
Might be good, might be bad.
Booking process was fine, seller comms was great but that's down to the individual and nothing to do with the platform.

Never had a response from the driveway owner.

A helpful feature of our trip to Spain. Will use again.

Reasonably priced parking space a short walk to Long Stay car park shuttle bus for quick link to Luton Airport.

Really easy and the user i have booked with is fantastic i have used there parking space on multiple occasions

Quick and easy to find a space and book it. Needed a space close to Coop Live to avoid the traffic and found one literally across the street in a secure lot.

The location is great and the response from the owner is also great, however it would be better if there was options with immediate confirmation

I tried to book parking near Bournemouth airport. The first space showed it was available, but I didn't get a response within 48 hours. I really wanted this space so I checked, again it was showing it was available, and my request timed out with no response.
I then tried a different space- available for my dates but no response. I then emailed Park on My Drive to ask them what was happening, and ..... no response from them either! Very disappointing.

Mobile user interface could do with improvement as it is hard to navigate. I understand the site has no control on response to requests but I tried 3 people and all timed out after 48 hours. It would be good if a ‘last seen’ or ‘average response time’ was available to view to see how active drive owners are to avoid wasting time.

Website is difficult to use and hard to read on a mobile. Instructions are unclear and when I have needed help the customer service either don’t reply or reply too late to be able to secure a booking before it has timed out. Two bookings have been missed altogether as I never had notification at all

The website isn't very user friendly and lots of things could be simplified. I contacted one member and requested to use their space and didn't have a reply. Seemed a bit of a long winded process for no response.
