Booked meet and greet service- it was horrible experience.we had to pay £10 exit fee.if i knew this,we would never booked that car park.why we need to pay additional £10 while It was not mentioned when we booked the parking.Also i took picture for my milage before i left my car.when i was back,i was surprised that someone drove my car for 10 miles. Horrible service.i always park my car at various airport car park but never experienced this service.
Do not state that they charge extra…
Do not state that they charge extra until you get your booking confirmation email and by then they’ve whacked in an extra £16-32. Try and get a refund if you’re lucky enough to have ticked insurance and they will shortchange you for their incorrect advertising.
Don’t use this company! The terms don’t even state the extra charges, cheaper to pay for direct parking at the airport and direct access to the terminal than messing about getting dropped off.
I am absolutely disgusted
I am absolutely disgusted! I arrived home and back to my car last night to discover the window smashed and glass everywhere inside my car, i could not see the full extent of the damage as it was late and my children were upset and scared! The company did not even contact me to tell me my car had been damaged on site, i just arrived back to my car to find it this way and no help/information whatsoever!

Parking fine albeit a bit confusing. You park where ever you want then there's a little desk in the corner of the car park level 3, so really windy, to hand in your keys. All really quick and easy. Collection the same. Found out there was a £10 fee to get out the car park which I'm certain wasn't mentioned when booking, only when I recieved the booking confirmation email.
Never again…
Had to call to confirm my booking had gone through. Sat nav sent us to the wrong place with the postcode provided. Had to ask for proof of booking because a random man in car park with no ID wanted to take my keys. The car drop off on return was meant to be 30 mins from the call but was over an hour and twenty mins with no seating around drop off area. Never again. Easier to park myself.
Don’t book
Don’t book! We waited 2h to get our car back after we have called them and waited at the car park as instructed. They did not pick up the phone and did not even apologise for the massive delay.

We booked 3 weeks parking and were happy with the price around £110. However, our return flight was cancelled by the airline and rebook meaning we arrived back around 11 hours later than planned. Knowing this would be the case, we rang the company from our holiday to explain this and we were told this wasn't a problem as it was still within the same day and there would be no charge.
HOWEVER.. when we arrived at Heathrow and called them we were told it would be a charge of £25 as we were late back!! I explained what we had been told the day before but they just quoted the terms and conditions at us. I would suggest that all staff are made aware of this as it was the last thing you need after travelling for 24 hours! Unfortunately wr failed to get the name of the person who told us it would be ok over the phone, so beware, if you use this company, read the small print and if you do call rhem to make changes either record the call ir ask for clarification in an email and take a name.

My experience with parking4you has been extremely concerning. I left my vehicle in your care with the expectation that it would be parked safely and not used. However, I have strong reason to believe that my car was driven without my authorisation while it was under your control.
This is a serious breach of trust. Customers hand over their vehicles expecting a secure and professional service — not for them to be used without permission.
I am formally asking for a full explanation, including:
• Why my vehicle appears to have been used
• What investigation has been carried out
• What safeguards you have in place to prevent unauthorised use of customers’ vehicles
This situation has caused me stress and concern, and it is not something I would expect from any reputable company.
Until this matter is properly explained and resolved, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using this service.

45 mins wait and £20 extra cost for parking that we had to pick up on departure.
Key left on wheel with no instructions on arrival . Someone from another company suggested I look there as no one would pick up call.
Terrible service - 2 emails complaining since and nothing back.

This is the worst car park I have ever booked. They charged me £77.94 and then made me pay an additional £13.00 on arrival and a further £13.00 on departure. There staff were incredibly rude and did not answer any questions I asked them. When my car was returned to me it was filthy dirty both outside and inside and when I advised them of this they did not apologies or give any explanation I was told to 'make a complaint' and 'take it to a car wash'. They are not operating legally as they have no high visual clothing and after discussing this further with the main car parking company they advised that they have received numerous complaints about the company but it is hard to stop them as they are not wearing any visible clothing and just stopping people once they have drove in.

I was surprised collection driver refused to take my car unless I paid him 10pounds in cash. Despite informing them 3 times of my ETA I had to wait long time. On my return yesterday 25th march 2026. Despite ringing them 30mins prior to collection I had to wait. To my surprise again the driver left the car park ticket in the car and I had to pay again to come out of car park. Be careful! This service is provided by i Park ltd

Beware of Parking 4 U – Unethical Practices and shocking Customer Service
I had a deeply troubling experience with Parking 4 U that I feel compelled to share. After my flight was delayed for two hours, I found myself in a vulnerable position at 1:30 AM as a single female traveler. Instead of receiving assistance, I was met with harassment for payment.
The company demanded that I pay cash or transfer money to a personal bank account, threatening that I wouldn't get my car back otherwise. What should have been an additional charge of £30 quickly escalated to £50, with no reasonable explanation. I have all the WhatsApp messages documenting this shocking exchange.
This company takes advantage of unsuspecting customers, especially those in difficult situations. Their tactics left me in tears, feeling trapped and exploited. I strongly advise anyone considering using Parking 4 U to look elsewhere for parking.

Avoid at All Costs – Absolutely Not a Meet & Greet Service
I booked this Meet & Greet service for convenience and speed, but the experience was the opposite from start to finish.
When I arrived, a random person in a hoodie lurking in the car park took my car. No uniform, no ID, nothing that resembled a professional handover. Drop‑off itself was ok, but the lack of professionalism was immediately worrying.
Collection was an absolute disgrace. My paperwork clearly stated my car would be returned within 30 minutes of notifying them by phone. Instead, I waited 90 minutes. The whole point of Meet & Greet is ease and speed—not being stranded at the terminal after a long flight.
I kept calling to ask what was happening, and every time I was given a different excuse:
– “Traffic”
– “We don’t have a driver available”
– “It’s on its way”
None of it made sense, especially as I could see on an app that my car was parked just 2km away the entire time. It was painfully obvious they were just making things up to stall.
What made it worse was the complete lack of customer care. Not a single apology until the moment the car finally arrived—after 90 minutes. The attitude throughout suggested they couldn’t care less about the stress, inconvenience, or the fact I’d paid for a premium service.
Do not book with this company. The service is unreliable, unprofessional, and absolutely not what a Meet & Greet provider should be.

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever, I was told the experience is not great and I lived it. I was kept waiting for one hour before my car arrived. When I called to check on the ETA. I was shouted at my a gentle man on the phone.
I will not recommend this provider, it is cheap but not worth it. As I type this review I have been waiting one hour.
I got here for 6pm and it is now 7.30pm.

worst experience EVER, Didn’t even manage to pick me up, when i finally got back to my car, it was scratched and covered in clay/ mud inside , DO NOT USE THIS SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY
Unacceptable service
I used the entirely inappropriately named "Swift" Meet & Greet Stansted. The arrival process took some time for their agent to finally attend Row H in the Orange Car Park, half an hour after arriving on site. That was nothing compared to the pantomime experienced on return.
Called the number I had at 23:36 to notify of our arrival. I was advised an hour to return my car to the collection point, which as our flight landed 25 minutes ahead of schedule seemed acceptable. After an hour, no car so I called again. A further 25 minutes was the response. After a further half an hour I called again. And again. And again. No answer.
Eventually when someone did answer I was advised another 15-20 minutes. Called again at 01:35, now over 2 hours after my original call to be told the car would be outside in 5 minutes. It wasn't and I met another irate customer who had also been waiting 2 hours for their car. The guy on the phone advised me that my car was on site, go to Row H he suggested. I am stood in Row H and my car is not here.
Eventually it arrived on site at 01:50. Covered in mud both outside and inside.
If you are looking to park at Stansted, I would advise steering clear of this and other related companies as the level of service and communication is appalling. Pay the extra, use the on site car parks and bus transfer as the small amount of money you save is not worth it.
