Terrible service. Would not recommend even though cheaper than other providers. We nearly missed our flight on the way out after the driver said he’d be 20 minutes but we ended up waiting over 2 hours and had to leave our car key with a lady waiting to pick up her car otherwise we would have missed our flight. On the way back same situation, waited over 2 hours with 2 young children and the guy left the car in a filthy state with the car key just left above the wheel. The front right tyre had a slow puncture too. Do not use

Paid for meet and greet, When arrived, got told to drive 20 min to a dusty car park in a field.
Had to catch a shuttle bus which they wanted to charge extra for.
Delayed my checkin by 50 minutes (Very stressful)
Pickup was in the meet and greet which we got a parking fine for. GRRRRRRRR
They offered a pitiful 25% refund, which I not yet seen 6 weeks later.
Absolute scammers avoid this charlatans of a service.
If I could give 0 i would. There is no point in asking to call ahead before you arrive, We called 30 mins before we arrived, turned up 28 minutes later, I called the driver and he said he had taken a different car and I'd have to wait for another driver who took another 25 minutes to turn up which cost us an extra £28 in parking charges. On return we called when we collected our baggage and were told to go to where we dropped the car off, so we did, 35 minutes later the driver called again and couldnt find us, he was in a different car park, didn't apologise, didnt take accountability just blamed us for being in the wrong place after he told us to go there. It was 1am when we got the car so drove home but I've checked the car over this morning and there's a blue dent in my bumper and the inside of the car is full of mud which is especially frustrating as I had the car valeted before we left and they have put a floor covering down after they already got it filthy. My advice to anyone reading this is pay a little extra for a different company because you'll pay more in additional parking charges and it'll save you the frustration of trying to deal with these people
THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT TRUST THEM- they ran off with our car keys before our holiday wouldn't give the back was rude and threating someone said they left their car in a field so not trust these people

Waited for 50 minutes in car park before they told us they had lost our car keys. No apology. No help. No explanation.
Blocked our calls. When we did manage to get through (using friends' phones) they never called back.
Had to get Sussex Police involved who had to go down to their depot and stand over them until they eventually found our car keys at 4.30pm.
Still no apology and really didn't seem bothered at all about the situation.

I'm very unhappy, dissasatisfied with the service and treated badly over the phone. We've missed our flat and had to book a hotel and rebook our flight for the next day. I am requesting a refund from Parking for you. They wanted me to pay another £40 and remove my vehicle from the parking. After I already paid £66. I went to go park somewhere else.

Collection on the other hand was the reason for the title of this review.
Forty minutes after calling them (they advise car will be ready on orange car park 30 minutes after you call) our car hasn't been collected by the driver from their parking which ment for us 20-30 minutes wait.
When we called the office they hung up. We were calling from two phones trying to find out what happened to our car. We got put on hold numerous times and no information has been given regarding our car. For all we knew it could have been stolen or damaged.
There were more families who trusted this company waiting for their cars.
After over an hour wait on orange car park our car has arrived. It was filthy and the drivers seat was leaning backwards so far, it looked like the driver dropping our car off was sleeping in it.
If I could I would give them 0 stars.
Not worth saving those £20-£30
I am very disappointed with this car park service. When I left my vehicle with them, it was in good condition. Upon collection, I discovered damage that was not present beforehand. The staff were unhelpful when I raised the issue and did not take responsibility or offer a satisfactory solution.
I trusted this company to look after my vehicle, but my experience was the opposite. I would advise others to carefully inspect their cars before and after using this service. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again.
Easy booking experience and much cheaper than else where
Terrible. The booking said you wait for 30 minutes. We waited over 1.5 hours with 2 children. It'd be quicker to get a shuttle. The car must have been parked miles away.... terrible! Do not use
Terrible service! We waited 40 mins to be picked up on the way to the airport and over an hour when we arrived. The drivers just lie and keep saying “5mins away” and “sorry the van had an issue between terminal 3 and terminal 2” would not recommend it.
Excellent service they were ready and waiting for/with the car with no issues I am using them again for sure !

Waited 45 minutes at airport before vehicle was picked up, after arriving 30 minutes after calling them, and paid £21 parking fee rather than £13. Back at the airport after my trip I waited for 90 minutes before getting a taxi to the car park which cost me £32.77! At the car park we found an unmanned and unlocked container that had all the keys in!! My car wasn’t there so after more phone calls it was driven round from an adjacent car park. The staff I spoke to on the phone and the ones who drove the car were very rude and unhelpful! Calling the number given on the email was very stressful and it took at least 10 calls to get an answer! All in all a terrible experience and one I will not be repeating! 1*
On top of all this I received a parking ticket yesterday 21 hours after handing my keys over to the driver! It transpires that my car wasn’t moved until 01:32 the following morning after arriving in the car park at 04:10 the previous morning. The fine is for £100 reduced to £60 on prompt payment! When will this nightmare end?!!!!

Booked meet and greet paid over 100 pounds for this service, When you look at this company online it seems cheap to book the meet and greet IT IS NOT, Gets to Stansted Airport phones them 30 mins prior to arriving there as requested, told to park in bay B, were suppose to be meet and greet? Were waiting around a Man turns up gives me a ticket to pay £13.00 at the machine so he can drive car out. On return we arrive 1 hour 15 mins early, booked car in till 10am, Phone up to have car delivered to be told we are early car is booked in till 10 so thats what time they will deliver CAR ,I couldnt believe it so Rude on the phone, 10am comes no car keep phoning the number NO ANSWER eventually i get a call but I missed it at 10.18am tried to phone back, theres a voice message which I still have Message says DO I have to bring car to you? I phone back and man answers to be told Car is in BAY B , KEY has been left on the front passenger wheel arch, and a ticket on dashboard to pay another £13.00 to exit car park, were walking up and down trying to find car, eventually did. Phoned up company to be told if you want to make a complaint send a EMAIL. which i have dont expect a REPLY, What a experience never ever had a problem with Airport Parking in past, Obviously I Have never used this FIRM, will never use them again, be aware they only interested in your MONEY, This is not meet and greet, ITS MEET AND ROB, please be careful of this company, once they have had your money not interested, wish I had of read the reviews on this Firm they are shocking.

AWFUL! We paid for meet and greet at Stansted airport. When we tried calling when we were 30 mins away (as advised), the company weren’t answering phones and kept diverting our call - first red flag! When they finally did answer, they gave us a post code to drive to instead, saying Stansted airport car park was full. We drove to the post code - and it was about 5 miles away from the airport. We were then told we’d have to make our own way to the airport - and the uber cost £25! We weren’t alone- this happened to LOTS of customers that day.
When we arrived back in the UK, they left our car in the airport car park - there was no meet and greet service. Our key was left on top of the tyre in a busy car park and so could have easily been stolen! They also parked our car in a disabled bay, so I’m expecting a fine. I also had to call them more than 20 times after landing.
Dreadful dreadful company!!!! Avoid!
We phoned 30 minites prior to our arrival as requeated but had to wait 40 minites when we got to the airportwhich made this a very stessful experience. We additionally got a penalty notice as the driver tailgated another car to try and avoid the extra parking fee theyhad occurred by being late!
The picking up the car upon our flight return took about 45 mins.
