I LIKE THE AUTOMATION ENTRY. But. . .
I have been parking at the SP+ Garage since its opening, and I have generally had a good experience. However, I was overcharged once, and it took many months for the issue to be rectified. Most recently, I have had trouble with the garage gate allowing me automatic entry. Every morning and every afternoon, I have to "scan" the QR code to be let in or out of the garage. Initially,, the gate would read my license plates and automatically open. I have not been able to receive assistance regarding this issue.

10/17/24 pm- all gates were not operational. no one could enter or exit garage! electronic system failure! no attendant present!

Charged twice for the same reservation.
I did not make a reservation with Parking.com. I made one with ParkWhiz for the same location at $26.50. I was charged twice on my credit card for $26.50 and $31.99. I called ParkWhiz and they cancelled their reservation and left the charge of $31.99 on my credit card. I disputed the charge with my credit card provider and I am waiting for their report. This is a ripoff by Parking.com. I have never dealt with you before, so I don’t know why you charged me fo services provided by ParkWhiz.

I went to use one of your locations and when I was trying to come out using my debit card, the gate didn’t open, called assistance and they said to give them my card number again and I was charged “twice”, called customer service and that was the worse customer service experience, lady was not polite at all, told me I would get a refund like in a “month”, and then she just hang up on me.

you overcharged me and i am still waiting for my reimbursement;
for three times i couldn't get in and the application didn't record my exit for two times.
the "assistance" button wasn't helpful at all. Because of this several incidents i was late at work

The new APP does not always work and…
The new APP does not always work and makes the process difficult. The app also charged me the daily rate and an additional $73 and the process of the refund was excruiating. I still have not received my refund and was asked for information that the company already has access to.

I use this garage daily for work and several days it has been difficult to get in or out because of the gate computer. Also the 99cents fee is not posted anywhere. Now if as a teacher we need to pay more for not parking gor at least 5 hours. The garage has become very expensive since I started parking there . I was a monthly customer but the price skyrocketed so now i pay daily.

I was charged over $ 30 for a less than 30 minute stay. That is literally a rip off. You should reimburse me the first payment of $ 30 dollars.
The next day I was also charged another $ 30.
