The last time I parked they charged me three times. I understand that I asked for a little more time but I think they went overboard with the payment. They had to adjust a single rate. I still have no problem paying it. But I think it's not right

Don’t park here you will get robbed. We were robbed and so were other cars at the same time. Cops say it happens every night

Parking was not in a great area. We came outside to our car window busted out and items taken from our car. Don’t recommend parking here if you don’t want your car broken into.

Fast and easy!

The app is not as easy to use as I would like. It was easier to pay for parking through the onsite machine than the mobile app.

I paid twice because I accidentally entered incorrect license plate. I have sent 2 messages requesting a refund for one of them. Not even a response yet.

I parked at the 1111 walnut location in Cincinnati Saturday evening and my vehicle was vandalized. My window was broken and valuables were stolen. Are there cameras that cover this lot? Do they work?Is there some sort of compensation for guests that pay to park in your lots and fall victim to this type of crime?

No print out available at the lot.

Put in wrong license plate number by accident and received a citation.

Took a few days to get a response back negating it

Nowhere did it have any rates posted in the lot, which was poorly maintained. It seemed the rates were almost random also.

Cost to much and most people where not even paying

The parking was adequate. But, I was accused of not paying. I paid by using the QR code on the sign. When I returned to my car within the allotted time, a "failure to pay" ticket was on my vehicle. The time stamp on the ticket was only 15 minutes after I initially parked and paid for parking on the app. I have a receipt showing that I paid. You need people that are competent to monitor the lot and not give tickets to paying patrons.

Very easy to use, keeps you updated via text and gives you the option to extend your time.

Helpful to have the shuttle drivers right there and ready to pick you up as soon as you park - the drive is short to the terminal as well. Would be better to have consistent help in loading / off loading between drivers.

I paid for parking and still received a parking ticket.

This lot was priced good and the location was good for my event

The app, and software itself for parking.com works great. No problems there. The issue comes with the actual parking lots. There are contradicting signs on site that display different information than what is on the parking.com website. For example, I parked in a parking lot that displayed that it was a 24/7 parking lot. However, when I went to the website, it mentioned that it closed at 3:30 AM and re-opened at four. There was also another parking lot that I did not park at because it said it was for Events only. However, when I looked at the parking.com website, and shared that it was actually 24/7 seven public parking lot. So there needs to be a little bit of calibration between the two entities in order for the system to work the best way I can. These parking lots were in the downtown Cincinnati Ohio area by the way.

Easy to use and was a quick process. Bedt of all though - no human interaction. Lol
