There are too many extra steps
There are too many extra steps, just like this one. I just want to park and pay; please make it simpler. There is no need to create an account or add an email and phone number. Just let the customer type the license plate and pay. This type of automation saves money for the owner but annoys the customer.

Being from out of town
Being from out of town , it takes too long to enter all the required information. We had to pay for parking prior to finding out the business we were going to did not open for 3 hours! We only paid for 4 hours.

Contradicting and multiple signs up
Contradicting and multiple signs up. There was a sign “no parking and fines” and “parking available “ sign as well. After we have paid, we were told not to park there bc of violation.
