I was there for 90 minutes, however the only option for this parking lot was for 24 hours. It was very expensive!

I received a violation for non-payment, after which I had previously paid on. I did call and spoke with Angie 05/05/2025. She was polite and directed me to send my receipt copy to an email, as I was unable to dispute charges on website given on violation.

This place constantly misses your plate…
This place constantly misses your plate and then sends you tickets in the mail for hundreds of dollars even when you go out of your way to try to fix it. Horrifying customer service also. I hate this place

Bad experience
Bad experience. After credit card input, the screen said "Validate". Validate for what? What is being charged? Will the exit gate open when I leave? No one to talk to for help. How does the gate know that my vehicle is leaving. No information at all.

Great pricing and facility
Pricing was reasonable, QR code was simple to use and made exiting super easy. The facility was clean and felt safe. Great experience with the website and facility.

Was ticketed and emailed the company without response. It is unclear why they issued the violation when card is on file and they allowed exit from the garage.
