It was easy to purchase online but had difficulty leaving the parking lot as the scan wouldn’t recognize the parking pass. A worker tried twice to scan it and finally had to manually raise the bar to let us out. The parking was very close to the Bridgestone Arena and that was nice.

Many spots to choose from. Only bad thing is the scanner had a hard time scanning my phone when I was leaving. I even had the brightness on my phone turned up.

The QR code did not work. We had to pay at the garage in order to get out.

The parking garage was convenient and in an easy place to access. However, when we went in, we didn't see any indication that I should scan the code on my phone from where I reserved parking. We got a paper ticket as we went in, and thankfully, I kept it handy. When we came out, the screen said to scan the QR code on my phone, but when we did, it registered us as coming IN. Thankfully, there was a nice attendant there and I showed him my phone and the paper ticket we got on the way in. He let us out without any problems.

I paid through your app, parked in the lot I paid for, and when I left I had to pay another $30 to get out.

The QR code never works. This is the second time Ive parked in this garage, using a QR code and it never works. Last time someone was there to let us out. This time we had to pay again to get out, anotber $35. Im gonna have to contact support for refund.

Recommened parking from Ryman Auditorium and guaranteed parking.

There was no place to scan when I went in. So it didn’t scan correctly on the way out thankful and assistant was there to let us out

Prepaid for parking. Could not use prepaid QR code so we had to purchase it again. Paid over $50 for parking

Like to park here. It is easy to get to places we want to go.

Waste of money pre-booking parking. Paid for parking for an event at the Ryman and received an email with a scannable parking pass, which the machine at the parking garage would not accept. The prepaid parking pass was good for 5 PM - 2 AM on the date of the event. We arrived at 7:15 PM, and left at 1 AM, well within the time covered. We had to pay a second time in order to exit the parking garage.

Online purchase was easy and parking was too. Very close to Bridgestone, shopping, and places to eat. Took us maybe 3 minutes to get to all 3. Will definitely park here again at future events.

It was very easy to get to our parking destination. There was plenty of parking. The lot was well lit and clean. My only issue when I was exiting the QR code to exit did not work. I followed the instructions and I was holding up the line trying to get out. Luckily an employee came out to assist me and open the gate. If she was not there I would have had to pay $35.00 addition to the $20, I already had paid.

Easy, roomy garage, next to Ryman. Easy to prepay in and out.

The garage was not marked clearly at all. We drove around 45 minutes before we found it. I called customer service twice & local number once. I could NOT get any help.

We ended up parking in someone else’s garage and PAYING AGAIN after driving for 25 minutes round the block several times trying to find your location. “120 5th Avenue North” does NOT exist. In teeny tiny letters on the PARK HERE $10 sign we found after the show—-the address on the sign says “120 Rep John Lewis Way”. Plus when putting in your 120 5th Ave North address into our Garmin, it had us entering a garage off 4th Ave. We had to back out of two other garages because we couldn’t find yours. Prepaying $29.99 PLUS $1.99 SERVICE FEE for your lot was a waste of money. Another lot across the street only charged us $25 to attend the show at the Ryman. Nowhere on my order confirmation was there the supposed link to cancel prior to use.

Tried loading the app and would not load always said error not matter how many times i tried loading and use different neworks to try and load.

The after serval calls to speak with folks all need to to is press the help butten and give them my order number/code and they would let me out and pushed 3 times no answer and others behind were getting inpatient and blowing horn so ended up paying 65 to park for 3 hours. On Chritmas EVE for my granddaughters Nut Kracker Perfomace of all times.
