I parked at 19th and Sherman. Paid on the app. I get back to my car and there’s a ticket on it. The guy who wrote the ticket claimed my plate didn’t come up, but I definitely entered it. Both the security guard and the person checking plates acted like this kind of thing happens all the time. This is scummy behavior and you guys are taking advantage of people who don’t go through the hassle of disputing the ticket.

Reasonable price for downtown outskirts. The QR code worked to get to the site for relatively easy payment for 5 days straight, but one of the two location codes listed doesn't work.

I liked the fact that I could pay online.

Total daily price was $13. I estimated I needed 2 hours. However when I needed more than 2 hours I was going to be charged an additional $13. When irs a $13 charge for all day this made no sense to me. So I used a parking meter for $2.

App never works and I’ve been given three citations because of it. It’s bad business to promote the app for it to not work!

i have used this lot about a dozen times. the lot is small and the spaces are quite small as well. difficult to manuever. the pay terminal wasn't working last time i and several others tried to use it, but the QR code did work. I have never had a problem or damage in the lot.

The system is so slow and the machine never works

This was so easy to manage! We pulled into a spot and followed the posted directions. Thank you so much for making one part of a trip to downtown Denver less stressful and concerning.

Expensive. Raised the rate $5.00 overnight to $15.00 per day, offered cash only payment on-site forcing the use of this site and there is a $.99 fee for the convenience? Ridiculous! I will not be using this parking lot again.

Super easy to park with their app. It's quick and efficient when you're on the go.

It's till 7PM AT THE PAY MACHINE but 6:30 ONLINE?! Plus the machine doesn't work at that location (hasn't for a while) and yet y'all are still sending people to be ticket happy and affect people's lives when it's already ridiculous that you have to PAY to PARK where you LIVE! No, I am not happy. Plus your app doesn't work! Go Figure. But whether it's LEGIT ...yes it is. Needs some attention and improvement though.

UPDATE: The company resolved the issue, but we still did not receive a confirmation on the ticket being cancelled so hopefully the follow thru is true.
The online option didn't allow us to enter her license plate so we ended up getting a $50 ticket that they have yet to drop after 4 phone calls.
