When I arrived at the lot I was informed you no longer owned the lot. Your ste where I booked said that was the last day. 3/15. The person at the lot said he owned it and not sure why you were taking money for a parking space. Someone didn't have it right. He was the only one there to advise me. Refund?

app is confusing, tried to pay w/out app, prompted to get app, got app but then my information was gone and i was on my way to my meeting. I was in a meeting still trying to pay. Way to many dead ends

My debit card that works perfectly fine everywhere else on everything else doesn't work in your system. It used to a few months ago I don't know what happened have to use my girlfriends card to pay for parking

Besides the parking was a little tight for a full size pickup truck.
The app was hassle free for me.

The app is easy to use. I do not feel that people going downtown to work should have to pay a higher price when there is an event downtown in the evening. The parking lot itself is in desperate need of repair! The potholes and broken glass are a real hazard.

I like that you can park yourself. But I don’t like that you have to scan a QR code to pay to park. It makes it easy for someone to get in the parking lots and can vandalize or steal other people’s cars

Being able to schedule my parking the day before relieved pressure and keeps me safe so I’m not standing outside, scanning, reading directions. Getting my LP # ….

I didn’t know how to use the process after I received almost at time limit I tried to sign out and I never got a message saying it took it was very difficult and confusing procrdd

Lot was full of potholes, cracks, and uneven pavement. There was trash and broken glass all over. And in the 3-5 minutes I was away from my car it was broken into. My car was tossed and my change purse stolen. I had to drive the theif off myself with shouts and threats of mace.

App wasn’t working for two weeks. The city gave me tickets who gonna pay for those.

The lot is very dark when you park early in the morning. Lights are not working, which makes it difficult to see the potholes and ice patches. Cars got broken into last month. No security cameras in lot. I got a ticket even though I paid. Rates keep increasing, but services decline.

I paid and came out to a citation. I filed a dispute the same day and have heard nothing on the status.
