Sometimes I’m in the lot and it won’t accept my payment as if the lot is full, also prices constantly fluctuate from 9-15 dollars. Lastly even after creating a login I have to enter credit card information every single morning manually you can’t even scan your card from your phone camera, very outdated.

i keep getting tickets after i have paid !!!! just got another ticket on a temporary tag after i paid ????

Received multiple fines/tickets when payment was already made. No customer phone support to clear up matter. Also, online support to address such matters is inadequate.

I received a parking ticket, I had paid to park and sent a copy of the receipt for the day in question and they are telling me I still need to pay. I work downtown I am not there to hang out or bar hop and it shouldn't cost me 28 dollars in a ticket plus the 8.38 I paid. Needless to say I will not be parking in said lot again.

Parking is convenient but there is huge crater in the middle of the lot and is full of water when it rains.

Your attendant wasn't even close to friendly. He was abrupt, gruff, and disappointed when we didn't pay cash....

I booked my reservation, arrived at the lot and no spots were available. There is no recourse for a refund. Total garbage app and service.

I had jury duty and I knew parking downtown would be ridiculous. But I found this lot and all i was charged was 7.50 for 4 hours. Which was great.I had to pay another 7.50 to extend my time for 3 hrs and I only used 30 mins of that and i couldnt get that extra money back. One amount posted on their sign for daily parking go to use the app and you get charged more. You contact them who puts you in email contact with the last supervisor who then States if there's a special event the price goes up. That's great except there's never anything posted when there is a special event. It even says that this is a certain price unless posted well they apparently don't believe in notifying anybody to find out how much it is before you go and Park

Parking.com accepted payment first day I parked there, the following day the ap wouldn't accept my payment and I had to find a different lot.

Traveling out of town, between the RR HOF and a MLB Guardian game. We stopped downtown at for dinner to patronize another Cleveland establishment, Taza, the lot was close to where we were going. Unattended lot, the sign stated $7. Downloaded the app upon the situation to stay legal. The price charged was 10.78 for 2 hours. Just say what it is
