It stated that my payment didn’t go through and I checked the my bank account and i was tooken out so what’s going to happen with the account

Parked in $12 all day lot. Left for lunch in car then returned and reparked. When I went to leave for home 2 hours later, exit machine refused to accept my credit card a second time.
Took me 20 minutes to get the gate open (using your help button). Annoying. Not to mention the $24 to park roughly 5 hours that day.

Everyone doesn't have cards. There should e a cash option

Customer service still made me pay even though I was there by accident and only there 30 minutes. DoorDash took me there delivering an order and I told the guy. Still made me pay and basically got threatened with a citation if I didn’t.

I took my truck and the parking garage was to short for my truck and I never got to park there. There was no one in the booth to help me ether. What a mess. I did however find another lot and had to pay again. Thanks but no thanks.

The machine didn’t work with a regular card even though that day it worked. The online card pay charged me more.

I would have given a five star review; however, the signage for the garage had a weird placement. The Exit sign was bigger than the entrance sign and took me three tries to circle around and find the entrance. Otherwise, the garage was convenient to the location I was going. Upon exiting the garage, I encountered an issue; but, was able to resolve it with a quick phone call to customer service. They were helpful and were able to remedy the situation. Also, it would have been helpful to know that the garage was cashless. Apparently, some employees were not aware of this or did not know it was credit or debit card only, which would have saved me a headache.

I was trapped in the garage like I was in jail because no signs were posted clearly only a credit card garage no cash. I hit the speaker button and it was like being released from prison. Then they harassed me for two weeks texting 3-6 times a day to pay 5.00-6.00 dollars with a debit or credit card remember I didn't have one. See they took a valid job away then raised the parking price shouldn't the parking go down when they remove the human workers that had kids and a family to support?

Would not scan the code. Person on the other end of the speaker was not helpful.

simple online purchase, simple scannable QR code to enter and exit.
I never seem to be able to get the credit card machines to work when exiting some parking lots but with the QR code it makes parking very easy.

The parking garage was not at the address provided. I never found it & had to park elsewhere.

Didn't know you could book parking in advance, and this came in super handy for game day. Will be using again!

Entry at parking lot was seamless but exit created some turmoil & resulted in paying an additional parking fee. I think the procedure for exiting should be better explained. I tried scanning parking ticket to no avail & ended up inserting parking ticket into machine. The only way to exit was to pay another fee.

I purchased a parking pass and it was a fraud and didn’t work

Easy to make reservations for the parking at the Truist Bldg.

Online purchase was easy. Easy access & egress. Security guard on site

I tried to park and the machine displayed invalid voucher. I tried to call the phone number on my parking.com receipt and it went to some guy's cell phone voice mail so that was a waste of time. I drove to the other entrances and went through the same thing. I then used the call button on the machine and made arrangements with the rep to allow me to park. She let me wait until I got back to finish straightening it out.
When I got back to get my vehicle I used the call button again and was told the parking garage was only available for special occasions and I should not have even had a voucher for it. They took my info and said they would contact parking.com and straighten everything out and to make sure I didn't pay twice. All in all it wasted about 1.5 hours of my time. The only ones who were professional were the garage employees I talked to on the call button.
