This was the easiest process
This was the easiest process. So simple. I still can’t believe the discount and I reall thought that when o got to the garage, it would be a hoax. It wasn’t. I’ll always use them now.

Hi there,
The parking garage was suitable, but the staff working at the garage didn't know how to apply the coupon I'd downloaded from the Parking.com app to my purchase, so I was charged full price and didn't receive my applied discount. Could someone please help me with this partial refund?

Everything was good
Everything was good. The parking attendant was a little curt, but the other ones were more courteous. The price was great and there was no wait for our car.
