Easy to use
Easy to use, the website and prepayment was so easy to understand that i actually started to worry i must be doing something wrong.
The Richmond Amtrak parking lot was clean and well lit, with plenty of parking, at least on a Friday morning.

Handicap Parking Spaces
Not enough handicap parking spaces and there was some cars parked in the existing handicap spaces that showed no license plates or mirror tags indicating that they were actually legally a handicap person. A problem that exists across much of Richmond, Virginia.
