Fix your card reader. Also, while retrieving my car, I had to call the doorman of the apartment complex to let us in to the parking garage which had a locked door. Even your online advance booking did not enable me to adjust my entry/exit times. All in all, a lousy, annoying experience!

Portside Towers Parking is TRASH!
The parking at Portside Towers was an absolute mess. First issue was the reservation times. We were unable to enter unless we were there at the exact time. The support assistant would not let us in 10 minutes before our reservation time. Second issue we ran into is when we attempted to leave and the QR code didn't work. We still had to call the support assistant who would not let us out of the building despite having already paid to park and asking for specifics like "what was the specific end time of the reservation"? This should not matter as we already paid to park and we were leaving. We were also given an attitude from the assistant on both occasions. The idea of reserving for multiple days was a joke since the QR code stopped working to get in and get out. Needless to say, we will not be parking at through Parking.com every again!

Poor service, upgraded after review
I made a reservation in my building garage for a guest who decided to not come. I called and left a message trying to cancel and no one ever called me back.
Edit: They reached out to me directly and fixed the problem.
