The sign says it's 24 hr parking for 25.00 .. Paying full price may times I'm lucky to be given 10 hrs. And the parking lot is in dire need of new pavement.

The new payment machine only works part of the time.

Paid but the lot oversold. So had to pay twice. Still waiting to be contacted back.

Excellent location and the best thing is that it has security cameras which is something very important for us and we can trust that if something happens we can communicate to ask for information in case something happens

When we reached the parking lot at the time I paid for in advance, there were no free spots available.

There is a ease of convenience of booking a spot but there is no gurantee that when you arrive you will have a spot to park. We went for an event at bellco center and we didnt get a parking spot. So parked on a lot where i am not supposed to park.

Booked parking online but when I reached the lot, there was no parking spot available. There was not representative present nor was there a grievance number to call. I had to find parking elsewhere and had to pay again.

Location was near my hotel and convention center. Cost was pretty good.

Made a reservation for two spots. NO spots available when we arrived so we had to cancel and find somewhere else to park.

The signage at the parking lot indicates a max charge of $25.00 per day but the app charged $25.99 for a full day of parking.

Paid for parking in advance. When we arrived at our reserved time the parking lot was above capacity and there was no where for us to park.

Credit Card Machine did not work. Several people in front of me had issues

Finally we were all forced to scan the QR code.

Everyone was complaining

We were all on a time crunch

Not a great experience

We reserved parking way in advance and when we got there we had to drive around in circles until a spot opened up!

Either their app over booked or there were people parked there that did not have a reservation.

It's absolutely ridiculous I paid and pre scheduled parking and couldn't find a spot, we had to circle over 10 times and wait for someone to leave before we could park! Not ok!

EASY TO ACCESS SITE TO PAY

I went to pay per half hour. Paid $5 per half hour. But couldn't pay for more than 1 half hour. Charged me $5 for nothing. So I tried again. Paid for 2 hours. Charged me another $25.99.
Said max per day wax $25.99. But told me I had to leave after 2 hours. My daughter pulled In after me. Hit the all day option and only had to pay $15. Smh. Tried to contact for some kind of response. No response.

Made adding time to my parking space, without having to come back out really easy. You can do it through a text on your phone!

Great lot, near Bellco theater. Very confusing process, received a QR code for this parking, but there is not a place to scan it at the lot? The process needs clarification.

For the second time using one of your lots I have received a parking violation ticket. Frustrating to have to spend the time to address a ticket that is in error.
I did send the documentation to dispute in for review. I love your company's lots and will continue to use them. Please have the team reviewing your lots spend the time necessary to validate customers that do pay as agreed.
