Setup was very difficult and laborious. I was double charged.

Easy to use. Fast and great to receive a reminder.

Prompts for telephone and addresses should be Canadian in Canada. You are collecting a lot more info on users than are needed for a parking lot.
Only way to pay for reserved parkings for people with disabilities is using cell phone and a long registration process.

The parking was fine, safe, and clean, with good handicap spots, but my mother doesn't have a credit card and could not figure out how to use the qr code. There was no cash option, which many seniors and lower socio-economic people need. I had to drive her to an important dr. appointment because of these reasons.

It was easy enough to pay for the parking.
However, this is a medical clinic bldg for people needing to see doctors, get blood work done , X-rays, etc. and charging $7 per hour plus $.50 service fee is outrageous. Whoever is running Parking.com should be ashamed of themselves.

Multiple retries as it was being picky with what credit card it would accept. Luckily I got there in plenty of time and didn’t miss my appointment or this would have gotten a zero.1

I hate to put a new app for a new parking company.
It's completely for most elderly people coming to doctor appointment. It's handicapped parking with advance payment option. I'm wondering who could even do such not a smart choice!

Too expensive for short time parking.....even with a handicap parking sticker.....how about lower the rates for handicap vehicles?

I put 30 minutes as the time needed the cost should have been $3.50 and your system charged me $9.50 plus a .50cent fee for a total of $10.00. I won’t use it again.

It took way too long to get it done. I was late for my appointment. I spent extra time trying to obtain confirmation that payment was successful, but the machine doesn't give one. I will always try to avoid using these machines whenever possible.

1-You always asking to pay more even I left this place
2- every time I park at this location, the next day I receive a false transaction in my Mastercard and I have to report that to Mastercard to refund my money

Difficult and long to sign up. Difficult to add time.
