Hate QR Codes, glad I did not have to create an account
I'm old and out of touch - but I found the website difficult to use. I was under duress, as I was trying to park for a few minutes and get my Son's keys to his new apartment... It seemed awfully expensive. $9+ for either 15 mins or 2 hours.
I was glad that I did not have to download an app and create an account yadda yadda... Since Nashville is a tourist town - it is nice to not have to download an app that I will use once.

As a very senior adult from rural NC
As a very senior adult from rural NC, I had never had to do the steps to pay for parking by clicking on the QR code, but I was able to follow the steps and successfully pay for parking and still easily made it to 3rd and Lindsley in plenty of time. The owner of 3rd and Lindsley directed us to this location for parking. IF we are ever in Nashville again, will plan to use this location for our vist to 3rd and Lindsley to see the Time Jumpers!!

I was charged the wrong amount
I selected the special rate of $7 for the Sandra McCracken concert but you still charged me over $16 and there was nothing I could do about it.

Faulty Promotional Rates- Overcharge
Parked at a lot for a show in Nashville for a promotional $7 rate. Clicked the button and the app “errored” and would not allow me to continue. Had no issue processing me paying $16 for the length of the concert instead. As clear of a scam as it gets.
