Lot was full and had to go to another parking garage to park. We were unable to get a refund. The attendant said there was one more spot but there wasn’t one. How can I get a refund for not parking in your garage?

License plate reader did not register my car exiting the parking structure.
I was able to contact a vendor and the issue was corrected.

That's not very cash money of you
I hadn't updated my cards on apple pay and found out it was expired, I don't use it often. If you attempt to pay with an expired card, they automatically raise your bill to the full day rate. My bill went from around $4 to $32. That's not very cash money of you.

Newly installed system…
It was a quite pricey than the other parking lots. The system looks like recently installed so I wasn’t sure how much it would be cost at the time. Overall, it was unclear experience.

Impossible to use app and zero customer service
App didn't work. No attendant. Afterward, no answers to emails, no call back after we left several messages.
If I could give negative stars I would.

Although I have my credit card in file with you, I still get messages that you need my credit card information most of the time. This is very frustrating.
