Parking was clean, easy to get in and out of, and felt safe. My only criticism is that it was pricey!

Very poor payment portal.
The payment and amount of info required to park is very poorly structured. They should strongly consider an Apple Pay type plug in to streamline things. Very glitchy. And by the time I was able to pull the trigger on payment (after five plus minutes of menus and screens) an additional 24 hours had been added to my 1.25 hour parking. I would love a refund, but I have a sense this could never happen.
This is far and away one of the worst pay to park lot services out there. They seem happy to overcharge the customer and keep their payment portal as cheap as possible.

FAST w/o getting out of car!

It was convenient for the place we were…
It was convenient for the place we were going too. Also it was easy to use on the app, it only took less then 30 seconds, give or take. Then I have it on my phone now when I go to use it next time. Didn’t have any issue with people bothering my truck. I was thankful for that.

Parking Kitty and street parking is easier to use and cheaper.

No clear indication on parking site…
No clear indication on parking site that payment was accepted. So I reentered and was charged twice for the dame place, time and vehicle. Asked for a refund via parking.com message but have not heard back
