Easy access to lot from 2 streets.

The sign in front of the parking lot said $10 for the day. I was charged $20. It did tell me $20 when I approved the charge, but having a sign stating $10 is just bad business. This was on 3/12/2025

The men at the parking garage were friendly and helpful. Lot was really close to Progressive which helped. The only issue was that I purchased the pass when the Guardians were playing at 4:30p - there was a time limit on the pass. Then game was changed to 1p and I called to get the time changed and was told to cancel the first order and re-order....which was $10 more than the first order. Didn't think that was fair but at least there was still space.

It was easy to scan and pay using a card. I didn’t see an option for Apple Pay which would have been nice. We paid $7.50 for 7 hours. Love that they texted to let you know the time is close to expiring. Would use them again.

I’m older and have muscle problems in my wrists. Cell phones can be painful. Would have preferred using a machine instead of my phone.

I prepaid for parking in this lot. When we pulled up the sign said the lot was full. I pulled in and there was one spot left but it was blocked off. I found the attendant and he said they were full. I told him I had prepaid and he happily exclaimed"you must be who I was waiting for!" He checked my plates and let me park in my "reserved parking spot right up front. Easiest time I've ever had parking in downtown Cleveland.

Watching booking in advance. They charge you to book then fill the lot before you get there & have no where to park!

I purchased a parking pass for a specific date and time range. When I arrived there was a sign that said "Lot Closed. Violators cited and towed at owners expense." Why sell a parking pass for a closed lot???

Quick and easy

Location was perfect for the event I was attending. In/out was pretty easy. Little disappointed that I was charged $50 for prepay and parking was only $40 for those who paid as they parked.

Easy, uncrowded. Close to stadium.

Great location and service

Paid to park through app and came back to my car with a parking ticket issued. The ticket was issued less than 15 minutes after I had parked when I had paid for a full day of parking. Upon going through the dispute resolution I was told that there was no parking ticket - added frustration and time - I'm not sure if there is a way to ensure individuals issuing tickets can see if someone has paid to park.

I always park in this lot. I was there for a daytime meeting that ended at 4:30pm about a month ago and you charged me $50 because there was an event that evening. I called and emailed and no one ever got back to me. The last time I parked there I tried to extend my time through the app and there were problems and it tried to charge me again for the full day. I’ve found a new place to park and will never be back in this lot again.

Price was great and wasn't too far from Playhouse Square.
