We had a great experience

I booked parking spot in exact area i needed. Upon Arrival, I was told that parking is full, and I was directed to another location 4-6 blocks away. It was a very rainy day, and I had full family with me. It was embarrassing. Never Again will book through Parking.com

Over booked an left me to find parking on the street i didnt want that do not use this website DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

The attendant was super polite and instructive. Amazing employee and one worth praise. Picking up my truck he was timely and thanked me as I thanked him. Very nice young man

There was only one attendant at the garage— I waited 35 minutes — having to back in and out of the street in order for cars to pass and then I was told that I had to be back by 11:45– I booked and paid for parking until midnight— I missed the end of the performance which I was attending because of this

took 30 minutes to get my car. unacceptable

The price was great put retrieving the car from the parking lot after the event was very long

When we arrived at the lot, the attendant stated the lot was full. I informed him I reserved a spot which means I have a spot. After going back and forth and stating we are attending a wedding at St.Patricks Cathedral, he acted like he was doing me a favor by letting us park.

Went to lot and parking lot attendant said pass we purchased was invalid. Said they don’t use the program and then proceed to charge us double the amount. We had to leave and find other parking.

I prepaid for reserve parking only to find out the garage is only for hotel guests and they wouldn’t take us. Buyer be warned.

Parked at SP Plus in NY Palace in New York 12-12-21. I paid 2 days in advance from their website (with oversize type vehicle). The day I came there was a long line and only 2 attendants working on that day. The attendant said to come back in 5 minutes since it was full in the front so I back out then go around the block and went back. So I waited with the long line for about half hour. Then at night when I got my Tahoe I was disappointed to see the front bar guard is damaged and so as the bumper because of the bent force of the bar. It looks like it hit a hard wall and I see dusts from crush wall debris on the top of the bar. The attendant told to come back since manager left already. This is a big inconvenience for me I have to go back, pay toll and spend my precious time. Wasted time and money for me for careless people! Also I paid more online than paying on the day.

Very conveniently located and reasonably priced. Getting in and out was smooth and very professionally done.
