Barcode scanner not working
When I arrived, the machine would not accept my barcode. I had to get out of the vehicle and go to the attendant. This is the second time that this has happened.

Very frustrating process
Very frustrating process. I submitted requests to a number of locations, so when one accepted my application, I wasn't sure which location it was. It took me over a week - after I paid for the parking - to finally learn what parking garage I had paid for. I paid for all of those parking days and was not able to use them, which is doubly frustrating. Once I finally found the garage, it took me several attempts to find a manager who could set up an account for me. It seemed that the parking garage was unaware that I had already signed up. When I reached out to parking.com for assistance, I did not hear back for a very long time, and then when I finally did hear back, they could not find my account. I finally have the parking spot that I paid for, which is why I did not give this one star, but it was a very confusing and frustrating process.
