The parking is very disappointing
The parking is very disappointing. The local parking machine now doesn't work so you're forced to ask. You have to use the app that charges almost $3 more than the conventional parking. And the site is insanely slow. When trying to do it for computer. It only wants to allow you to do monthly parking when you're just trying to do daily parking. I think it needs a lot of tweaking and definitely needs an overhaul

Annoyed
Using the iPhone and web page is clunky. It would not take an image of my well worn Amex, which makes sense. At least notify me that it won’t work and tell me to move on and enter the numbers.

It was a great experience
It was a great experience, the only concern I had was the lady at one end of the garage demanding cash, while saying that there was no credit card abilities,but on the other end of the garage we are able to park & pay with a credit card!
