The validation doesn’t appear until after you make the payment, and it is so complicated to understand how to properly activate the validations near the gate as there is no reception. I was overcharged even though I had applied the validation. Filing a claim. I hope they will refund me.

Very glitchy service at San Francisco Four Seasons location. Slow to get in, fails to get out with validated ticket. I hope they will update cameras and whole system.

Overcharged me at equinox on market street sf. No customer support. Had to dispute charge. Would not recommend.

the application of validation is not always effective, I have been charged full price despite scanning the code before. The process is repetitive and takes multiple steps which is fine when using occasionally, but for every day or regular use the process is cumbersome.
