I was issued a ticket, even though I had paid to park. This was the second time this has happened. I will no longer park in your lots.

I didn’t like it
I didn’t like it. The connectivity was horrible. I couldn’t add time. I had to wait till it ran out and purchased again. Also it’s over priced.

I paid for parking and still received a citation!! I have been calling for two days and no answer!

Very Dissapointed
I attended an event at Jax Beach on 10/20/24. I paid online for parking before walking over to the event. When I returned to my car after the event, there was a parking citation on my window for $42. The attendant issuing citations was nearby so shared with her that I had paid for parking and still received a citation. It took the next two days with multiple calls to the office to have the citation voided.

Using “O” instead of “0” may cost you $$
Used the parking payment kiosk’s QR code to pay for parking and received electronic receipt. However, I still received a parking citation from the city of Jacksonville Beach. That does not inspire confidence in your system. The explanation received from the city representative was, “the system does not recognize ‘O’ as part of a FL license plate number, only ‘0’ is legitimate.” I had allegedly used “O” instead of “0” when entering my license plate number. Since that oval symbol is always “0” on a FL tag, one would think your system could recognize that and not inconvenience customers with such nonsense.

Times don't match enforcement hours
Parking costs $12 for the day, which is crazy expensive. Furthermore it was 7pm when we parked and parking must be paid until 2am but if we selected more than 4 hours it would not allow me to book saying that I had to select available hours. So we were forced to move the car at 11 even though we weren't done yet and had paid the same amount it would have cost to stay until 2.
