This rating is an average of the last few months. I am virtually a daily user. The reason why you are not 4 stars is that your app has failed to allow me to make a reservation 2 days in a row. And not because space wasn't available (I reserved the same garage on another app,) but because your system had an "error," (your words.) Generally, your system works well, but if one needs customer service in real time, you fail.

Three days in a row the app did not allow me to leave my garage and said I had overstayed.

Now that the QR code scanners have been updated at this location, everything is great.
For some reason, the app always puts my location as the middle of the desert in Mexico???
Also, the website doesn't work well unless I turn off my VPN.

Was always a decent experience until my last use of the site. Went to go pull up my barcode to exit and the site didn’t have record of my parking reservation. Spent 10min, trying to get out of the parking garage. Horrible experience.

I was 10 minutes over my time and got charged 21 dollars or the whole fee by the garage since I used parking.com. I know this is not a parking.com issue but I do hope y'all stop working with this parking deck.

My sister left 10 minutes late and paid a huge fee on top of the parking fee. Like city street parking, why don't you offer extending time?

The scanner at the garage will not scan barcode,Have to call the Philippines all the time for assistance.

Great service in spite of the occasional issues existing garages.

The parking garage should have more disable parking on each parking level. The parking garage is too expensive , especially for parking a short time.

The scanner at my regular parking never works. The people manning the garage are not helpful. I WISH someone will change or fix it. I called customer service and they told me I should park somewhere else and I replied the guy it was not the right solution and that is not the right thing to say to me. I still till this day go through the same issue because I park there daily. IT IS HORRIBLE! I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED but what can I do? I have been using the parking space for about four months or so. This is my experience for the four months, I call almost every day and stopped calling. Attendants at the parking will say it has nothing to do with them. The frustration for me is too much.

Quick response back and satisfaction on inquiries

Not easy to scan the code. The app should know based on the time which QA to display. Also, the parking lot scanner takes a lot of time to validate the code.

My code did not work the entire time I was on my trip (3days) I had to call someone every single time. Other then that the price was great and the location was great

Easy access. Nice to have garage with height to handel tall truck

Every time I park in this garage, I am forced to call the attendant as the pass never works for leaving. It is so frustrating and I will never use this app or garage again as a result.

I didn't like being redirected to another site for monthly parking service.
