There was an issue with original payment, so we had to pay $16 for one hour of parking while we had a late lunch.
One month later, they send out a parking ticket for $48
I have the receipt and am disputing this. Has this "error" happened to anyone else?

When we arrived at the farmers market in Dallas we read the parking sign. It said $8.00 per hour and then $5.00 for each additional hour. As soon we paid we noticed that we were only given 30 minutes before our time was up. We tried to call the number posted but there was no answer. We eventually had to extend our time and again we were charged $8.00 instead of the $5.00 per the signage. We were not the only ones going through this disaster. There were four other people having the same trouble we were having and trying to figure out what to do. This was the biggest mess and unethical service. I deserve a full refund. I took a picture of your sign with what we were supposed to be charged and I will also be forwarding this to the City of Dallas because this is a scam and total illegal.

Convenient parking. Easy in and out . Safe . Fills up fast .

It not completely intuitive.. the first time I thought I was reserving for two hours was not 2 days.

Overall great, but being able to extend the time within like a 10 minute grace period, if it times out, would be awesome. I had to leave the table mid meal/conversation to go outside and start a new session. So having the ability to restart it if needed (within a short period of course because it does give plenty of notice if you have your phone out) would be helpful for those of us that put our phones away to be polite when having lunch with company.

Located in the nice shaded area right next to Farmers market if you're planning on spending the day there definitely worth it.

Texting the code to the phone number did not work so I had to scan the code in the rain which was very inconvenient. Parking cost was also pretty high compared to other locations nearby.

Excellent parking. Good food. Nice shops!

Firstly, charging 10.50 for 2 hours of parking is extreme, but ok it is what it is, but having to do everything thru your phone because the machine on site is always down???

Was not user friendly and add pop up when trying to make payment was not good as was misleading to say.

To difficult. You couldn't use a card. Charged twice spent 20 minutes. Difficult to use.

Parking spaces were easy to find. Parking rates reasonable. Sign up too time consuming.

I wanted to use the keypad to pay and the screen did not work. I was forced to text to pay which was not my preference.

They sent a reminder as well.

Got a notice to recharge 30 min before expiration. With no notice of how much time was remaining.

Honest people they text and give you time to respond to paying for morre parking if your staying longer
