Nice; not too expensive

Too many steps to register car and pay money.

Difficult, inconvenient
We had to sign in FOUR times
Takes forever to add a credit card
And in the rain to boot/

I just hate parking apps in general. No matter which one I have I always seem to have to download another one. I always seem to have to try 2 or 3 different payment methods to get one to be accepted. I invariably end up standing outside, in the rain or cold trying to access the app - which is also not particularly safe if it is nightime and you are a female standing alone on a side street. If a city is trying to attract people to their downtown areas using parking apps is not the way to do it. If they have to have them automated then the ticketed type, inside the lobby of the building is a much better option.

No physical form of payment. If you don’t have a smart phone you are screwed.

The phone app is so wonky that I thought it failed to take my parking payment on the first try and submitted everything a second time. Of course when it appeared to be asking me to submit a third time, I realized my error but there is no way to get a refund. Since we are required to ues the app it should be much more user friendly. Or iis that another way to make money on the captive customers?

I am an older person struggling with cellphone technology and I find it very cumbersome and lengthy, especially in the cold weather and at night. At the end it was frustrating to find out it may not have gone through... Thankfully, a much younger colleague helped me complete the transaction. There was no info given if payment is required 24/day or only during certain hours and days.

I accidentally put the wrong end time and there was no way to edit it without being the $.99 charge again

It is nearly impossible to use the app if the sun is shining. You can't tell what information is requested; hell, you can't even see the boxes on the screen. It is pure evil!

Using this service is a joke. Having no other option for payment is BS.

I actually don't like paying for parking online, and giving up info that way.

It was my first time using the app. It was easy to do once I knew what I was doing.
The sign needs to be more prominent. If it wasn’t for the waitress telling me I had to pay, I wouldn’t have known.

I had no problems finding a parking spot and I had no problems. Was also able ro find my car upon exiting. I'm very satisfied.

The app was super easy to use. We were running behind for an appointment and I was stressed about parking and how to use this type of online parking system. But like I said earlier it was super easy and quick.

I disagree with convenient fees associate with parking apps.

I had no trouble. But two friends haven’t gotten the system to work.

It was a great experience using the app and I had to register as a member
