Very expensive, not clean at all so much broken glass, not safe.

Literally paid $40 for 2 hours in San Antonio, TX to go to the Alamo. Didn’t even spend 2 hours there and when it gave me the option to “check out” I couldn’t. Not the best user friendly way for paying for parking. And considering being in a full size truck parking is hard to find.

Price was a little high but it was just around the corner from the Alamo which we were there to see an ancestors jacket for her wedding dress. Loved the text alerting you time is almost up and when it has ended

The extended hour rate is the same rate that I paid for three hours, which seems like an error.

The parking was easy to find and close to the venue we were headed for.

Parking lot was very pricey for the amount of time parked

Cost to park was ridiculously high. It’s a shame . If I wasn’t handicapped we would have parked further away and not had to pay on a Sunday.

It’s difficult to make a payment. A banner pops up and changes to “continue” that takes you down the path to a fraudulent transaction. My friend did this and had to call his bank to cancel the transaction. His card was locked and I had to pay for him. Also it would be nice if there was a small canopy to cast some shade so you could see your phone screen better. We had to sit in the car to perform payment. It was hot out and it took way too long to accomplish. My brother had gone ahead with our youth group and left them to find me thinking I had been mugged.

Super expensive, zero security, a car next to us was broken into.

It was cumbersome to enter all of the info to pay for parking. Then, when I was unable to extend the time period (due to same cumbersome process), I had to call the company to get a code from the parking lot to buy more time - no longer able to "extend" the time. It was stressful and difficult, with the worry that we would face a penalty for overstaying our time, or even have our car towed. You need to make it easier to pay and to extend time without being AT the lot, cuz, duh, we were not at the lot!

Overcharged. Found much cheaper lots. It’s one thing to make money off tourist but come on. I will make sure to tell people about your lot and to look around,

Seamless process using the app. I was pleasantly surprised. Also, it being the first time I used it, I wasn't sure if I needed to do anything more once I left, like let someone know. So, I called the listed number and actually got to talk to a "real person" who allayed my uncertainty, as well as a bit of stress, by telling me that I needed not to do anything else. IOW, I was no longer being charged anything. I appreciated that very much. I highly recommend Parking.com.

I didn’t complete my purchase of time because we opted not to remain at that location but I was charged anyway since my credit card info was already put in.

Convenient location: easy registration

I live in New York and rented a car in Texas.
I Parked the rental car at a spot in Texas and I entered all the car’s info into the browser, and then it asked me to login, so I did.
I logged into my account and purchased the time I needed, then realized that it used my old personal work van’s info as the vehicle being parked.
It was very confusing and it didn’t let me go back to edit or correct the transaction.
So in the end, I had to make another payment for the same parking spot during the same time for the rental car in Texas AND for my work van that was all the way back in New York. It was just wasted money for me that they got to keep! $22.99 down the drain!

My card was charged for $22 twice. No refund given bc it was past the reservation time and marked as an unused reservation. How is a second charge unused when I only reserved once?

App was very confusing. Too many choices on the same screen. Thought we paid for 10 hours and actually paid for 1 hour at about $20. Then had to pay again to extend which cost us $22 more. If it would have been clearly explained, I would have paid for all day at $30. That should be an easy choice to make. Revisited the area and several other parking lots were $10 all day. What a rip off parking near the Alamo.
