Virtually no instructions at the point of contact or on their site as to steps to follow.

I entered parking garage at 8 pm and left at 1:30 am and was charged $80.00. I tried calling to have a refund issued and was acutually hung up on. I had to move back to let the car behind me out because they was irate at waiting and I believe I paid for there fee as well

This by far in my 30-plus years of driving to downtown Nashville was the smoothest in and out of a parking garage I have ever experienced. Location, safety, and communication through text messages will have me using this garage for future visits.

The sign posted said 15.00 I was billed almost double that.The information on how to check in and out was about useless. I am glad it was not busy trying to get into the facility, I would have caused a back up trying to fill out the online information. The elevator was also not working, with all those negative things said. My car seemed to be safe .

Easy to make reservation and to park. Convenient to downtown. Safe and secure!

It made it very convenient in a busy city to already have a place to park

Absolute BS that our $10 validation is now technically $11 after a "service fee". Also the automatic license plate reader will charge full cost if you drive up to it before you enter your validation code. Im about to tell everyone I know to stop using this service.

Car was safe and I am happy about that. Did not know price I would be paying (downtown Nashville on a Wednesday night). Feel my $30+ fee for 3 hours or so was excessive. Was concerned all night that the app would work as I suspected it would, it did. New technology.

Terrible. Gate would not unlock after it processed my credit card. Had to call for assistance. Won’t be parking in those garages again.

Don't believe SpotHero
I specifically chose this parking lot for its price. However, it actually cost twice what was listed on SpotHero.com. There were plenty of good spots and it was convenient so there's that (2 stars). But finding the exit was confusing and I'm still annoyed that all parking lots can't just be like gas stations and post their prices on the outside.

There was a sign that said the first hour is free. I was there less than an hour and I was charged over $15.

The website from the scan code did not load. The doors would not unlock. We were required to download the app and wasted 30 min on parking.

Couldn't get in without calling a number and couldn't get out. Very frustrating when you have cars behind you. Did not know how to use my cell phone to get in.
I just have a Trac phone and I don't know if it would have worked anyway. Just not up on the new way of doing things. It cost me $15 and I didn't even park.

I think if you are going to charge a higher rate after 2 hours you should give a 5 min grace I was 3 min over two hours waiting for other people to exit and I was change a higher fee

It was a clean parking garage. Definitely overpriced. No body was on the premises, so can't review any personnel. To charge by blocks of time is definitely for the greed and area of the city the parking garage is in. A flat rate would be just as profitable for the company who owns the garage.

Easy to use and good parking close to town.

It was great to be able to park so close to where we staying and not worry about our truck! And very well kept up! Thank you
