Terribly confusing
Terribly confusing. Signage is not clear or legible, it’s like a picture hunt. There has got to be a better system to assign sectors of parking. If it’s your first time there you’ll need a d*** map. As confusing as the signage is, there is also very little space to turn around/move aside to go to the correct area!! Consistent troubles with the entry and exit kiosks as well. For such a significant garage I’d expect it to be planned out, not rigged up like an afterthought.
My vehicle was towed
My vehicle was towed. I have no idea whose fault it was, Chase Tower or parking.com but it was a very humiliating and inconvenient experience. I've calmed down now, but I was HOT! Best Towing will also be hearing from me as well!
I was over charged for my parking
I was over charged for my parking. I was there about a hour and charged 20$. It should have been around 6$ i believe.
No In/Out, QR Code doesn't work
The QR code never worked, and returned "Invalid voucher" message each time. Though I paid for 2 days of parking in/out privileges were apparently not included. Each time I entered or left the lot I would have to contact the help phone through the gate kiosk and go through their troubleshooting process ("is the brightness turned up on your phone?" "What address is your reservation?" "what is your name, phone number?" "what is your reservation number?") Each in/out took an additional 3-5minutes because of this. Had to take a new ticket upon each entry and then explain the same issue on the way out.
Horrible experience park on the street the city is better to deal with
Could not get the gate at the Chase tower in MKE to open. Tried 3 cards all were charged. Had to call get a code to pay the 4th time via text.
Called for a refund to spend 20 min on the phone to be told parking.com doesn’t manage the property
Overcharged, Screen would not read Barcode
When I went to exit, the screen would not read the bar code on my ticket. I tried several times then pushed HELP button. With the noise, it was hard to hear person. I read ticket info to her and she sent text to me to pay later. Ticket says I entered at 09/15 03;21PM, I exited at 09/17 @ 9:30AM. The bill I paid was for 3 full days when I was there less than 2 days. Ticket No. 010163198. I was charged $75.99 should have been much less than that.
No In/Out allowed apparently…
Paid $51 online for 2 nights of parking. Got QR code via email. Used it to enter parking garage across from hotel. Later that night pulled out with ticket to get dinner. When going back to the garage - scanner would not accept the QR code again. Had to take ticket. Pay $22 the next morning then I pulled out of the garage for a meeting. Same thing that night - QR code not recognized. The following morning - another $22 charge to get out of the garage. Never a mention on the website of No In/Out privileges. Sent an email to Parking.con via their website outlining the issue a week - no response. Ended up costing me $99 total to stay from 8pm on Saturday night and leave at Noon on Monday.

We had to pay twice.
We paid for parking but the ticket did not work and we ended up having to pay again to leave the parking garage. I emailed the company regarding this and have gotten no response.

I was not able to pay with my a discover card and spoke with some one and they sent me a link to pay. My total was only 9 dollars then shot up to 32 dollars online. Scam.

I paid for 48 hours of parking
I paid for 48 hours of parking. Left once for an interview. When I came back the QR code would not let me back in the parking garage. The attendant told me to push for a ticket and if the QR didnt work in the morning when I left to call back and they would let me out. Well, the QR didnt work, so I pushed for an attendant and no one answered EVER. I tried everything even the new ticket. None of my credit cards would work. Finally an employee of the building let me out with his key card. I was 30 mins late getting home for another interview.

great parking - horrible getting out
First time using this parking garage. I had printed my pre-purchased parking pass online and assumed that I needed to utilize that to enter the garage. I tried scanning it a few times and it did not work - so I pushed the button and got a ticket and drove in.
Parking itself was great. Although I was not sure if I should park in the reserved spots, or non-reserved spots as I technically had "reserved" a spot. I choose the non-reserved spot. Car was there 8 hours later and I got to the ticket station to get out. Tried scanning my pre-printed pass, which didn't work, scanned my ticket, which then said I owed $22.00 for parking, even though I had pre-paid online and reserved the spot for $9.00. Even though I was frustrated, at that point, I didn't care so much about the price and just wanted to get out. I tried my regular credit card a total of 3 times and it wouldn't accept it. I tried 2 other cards and neither of them worked. Then I was extremely frustrated as I was trapped in the garage. People behind me were driving around me frustrated as well. I hit the button to page someone. A gal started asking me questions, and eventually was able to open the gate for me. So the parking itself was amazing. Getting out, which more than likely was my fault somehow, was hell. Maybe some instructions on the parking pass that gets printed would be beneficial. Even with all that, I'd probably park there again if it came down to it.
