I never received a reply back after emailing twice.
I never received my refund and I was charged twice because of an error from the website.
No email or anything.

I didn't like that it cost so much to extend just an hour. It basically was what I paid for the 4 hr slot. I would have appreciated a prorated amount. There was not even a high demand d for these spots on the day in question. It was just overall not a good experience and I will probably seek parking elsewhere unless I am really desperate.

Easy Access, No Issues with timing, if the parking was going to end soon, sent a reminder about it. Enjoyed the experience.

I shouldnt have to scan a code, make an account, and enter my credit card info just to park

Best parking pay method, works as expected, from the first QR scan to reminders of time remaining

App is hard to use and glitches. Also to add 15 minutes they wanted the same amount for 3.5 hours, plus service fees. Maybe it is glitching because it is relatively new, but I disliked having to use it and will avoid the area now, instead of supporting the business nearby.

Scam parking spot because there’s free spots right next to it in the same building. They just put it in a way that makes you think those are the only spots.

Neither the structure or the app gave the prices before I had to choose an amount of time. Checking out was way too many steps. The app alerted me my time was running out 30 minutes before it did, but didn't tell me how much time I had left. Just irritating to use at every step.

Very clean and organized and seamless process however a bit expensive. About $8-9 for 30 min.

I purchased the time slot for a specific space, but then after making my account on the website, it didn’t even show my purchase in my account. Why was it not included in my account?! I had to check my email to make sure the space was purchased! Your site doesn’t recognize purchased time slots for a space that a vehicle with the same license plate is already in it!

Too complicated and time consuming, site crashed and took forever to take my payment

I paid as a guest and after I added more time, I was unable to view the time status and the link that was initially sent to me did not update and just kept saying expired after I paid for 45 more minutes.

Prepaid for self parking, drove all the way up looking for parking. There were so many cars double parked that there wasn’t even room to turn around. Had to drive backwards for a while. I started to panic because it took much longer than expected, and I was going to miss my flight.
Basically had to drive all the way back down, look for an employee and wait for her to fill out a valet ticket.

Charging station wasn't working. Paid for parking, but had to leave. No way to get money back. One security guard was extremely rude. One was super nice. On site manager was useless.

I appreciated that I got a text reminding me my time was almost up
