I made a very honest mistake & forgot to pay for my whole time parking. I realize that this is on me. Totally get that. But really? Turning that into a total of 75 dollars for a 25 dollar parking fee? Absolutely ridiculous. Yes, I believe in following the rules, but I feel like an additional 50 dollars is excessive.

Paid for two hours of parking to go to dinner, I received a ticket in the middle of my 2-hour window.

First experience using Parking.com was 5-star. Setup was somewhat easy, email receipt for charges was accurate. The parking lot was perfectly located - adjacent to the Nashville Sounds baseball park, ingress & egress to the parking lot was easy.

I paid $25 for parking and came out to a $75 ticket on my car. I immediately disputed the ticket. Once I was connected with local management, they were quick to resolve the issue which I appreciate. The reason I gave them a 3 is cause I believe there is some confusion on which QR codes go with different areas of the lot that are all connected so l, they need to work on that, but I appreciate the understanding of my issue.

Convenient, but extremely pricey. Same time frame with Music Row Parking, spot TN1114 the previous night was $4.18.
So you made 4 times the money for the same time span utilizing a company parking lot, that had closed for the day. Add that you don’t know what the fee is til after you’ve logged in. I’d say that’s deceptive.

“Event parking” tab after barcode was scanned didn’t work, so we were required to purchase full price parking two times, as the only time allowed to be selected was “3 hours”
The event took four hours.

The site also took 4x times to load after the QR code was scanned

Very glitched, and subsequently expensive.

Will not park here again.

It was convenient, quick, and easy! I would use them again and recommend others to use them as well!

It’s a tiny, not particularly nice, unattended parking lot with small parking spaces that charges too much to park there. Not much to crow about.

We paid to park and when we walked to the venue we were only there for maybe 10 minutes because we were told that we had to have a ticket to the concert at the bowling alley and we couldn't just bowl. We were just visiting so we didn't know. I wasted $26 to park for about 10 minutes. There was nothing else around so we left.

Great parking! Very close to venue and safe.
