Didn’t have a parking spot available. Wasted $15 dollars.never again

Parking.com is overpriced and the lots are poorly maintained. The Bicentennial lot just increased prices 60% from $9.99 after fees to $15.99 after fees. The app is also confusing to use. It is difficult to find the bicentennial lot on the parking.com app, plus The default parking time is two hours, even though it cost the same as 24 hours. However, there is no indication on the site that the prices are the same. Lastly, the process of adding a new vehicle is confusing, since you cannot do it in the checkout process. You need to do it ahead of time, before selecting the location.

I used to have my overnight guests park
In the bicentennial lot but I will now be sending my guests to the LAZ because it is at least covered, which is better for the price.

A $16.00 flat rate for 2 hours of parking is an outrage!

Took about 20 minutes to get parking to work. Other person with me never could get it set up via app or text.

Challenging to see parking number

Easy in and easy out, lot was well lit.

The parking space itself was sufficient in depth and width and the location was perfect. I made a mistake in paying by way of the app and when I contacted customer service the issue was addressed quickly and to my satisfaction.

Gave me a parking ticket one minute after I paid for parking, which was 2 minutes after I parked my car. They should double check before giving out tickets.

We liked how convient it was to pay for parking on our phone and the flat rate fee, however we did not appreciate having to pay double when needing to extend our time. I could understand a couple dollar extension fee, but not having to repay. Be sure to way over calculate your time so you don’t have to pay again.

i did not like paying a dollar service charge. There was no other way to pay. it was $20 event charge weather you were there 1hr or 5 hrs

I Parked on a lot that said $20 for the day on 6/8/24 Columbus Art's Festival. Paid for my space, got a receipt and went on my way. 3 hrs later parking ticket for $90. Dose not give me any explanation why.

They charge my card 45 dollars for a 20 dollar park .,This is stealing

Required me to make an account I will only use the one time, verify with a phone number, and do an online payment to perform the purpose of a parking meter. Cumbersome, convoluted, and utterly useless.

It is was easy to find and use.

The price is way too high for two hours. The parking spots are hard to get in and out of with how close together they seem to be.

Way, way too hard to navigate your system! We are senior citizens, we had to ask for help! Not senior friendly!!!!

I paid $21 for parking during the 2024 Columbus Arts Festival. It's already a little higher than what other garages were offering ($10-15) but I chose to pay for the comfort of parking here. I got an email receipt and a text about receiving payment before I left the lot (I had booked for 8 hours). I returned in 4 hours to find a parking citation for $90. There was no phone # on the ticket and I had to go online to find my issue #, my order #, etc., and file a dispute. They have taken clear pictures of my number plates and they correspond to the payments and order #. How did I get a citation? Some of us, especially immigrants can't risk having any citations on our record. The team got back saying the violation was voided and the email sounded like they were doing me a favor (I suspect it's automated). This caused me unnecessary anxiety and I'm irritated at having to dispute something that I shouldn't even have been cited for in the first place. Please ensure your folks double-check who they're citing and match the records properly.
