I emailed you regarding a refund because I never used the parking space. But you never responded. With SpotHero I can receive a refund up until the parking time

There was a lot of construction exit and parking poorly signed

The parking spots are too small. A lot of times when we try to exit the garage the gate does not open.

I used the app and for some reason we need to pull a ticket now at the Aqua parking garage, when in the pass it did not need the ticket. Well then i lost the ticket during the day while I was working and when i tried getting out of the garage it cost me $100.00 to open the gate for a lost ticket. My cost would have been $8.00. They did not care about my transaction on the Parking app that i paid for the parking that day.

If it hadn’t been for me asking for pictures, I would never have found this spot. But once found, it was a good one.

Everytime I leave there a issue amen the rudeness of the people on the phone like you didn't pay for it you try to scan and it doesn't scan and then it asks for money and you've already paid and again the rudeness of the people on the phone cuz how the hell could you get in and knock it out it's just a s*** show every day there the other day 10 car back up tonight five car back up get it together disgusting and so are the people on the other end more disgusting rude as hell.

Got stuck in the parking area. Assistance was no help and garage office was closed, Was stuck in garage for 30mins.

Very helpful and easy to navigate.

Parking was great, my car was safe, But when trying to check out it charged me another 38.00 not sure why but will dispute with my credit card.

Address given was incorrect. Paid for parking I never got to use. Only way to get a refund is call a number no one answers. Will never use again

Got my reservation one day before. When it was time to enter. By scanning my barcode. The gate didn't open. Took 10 minutes for the operator to open. Asking all the information. By just giving the reservation #. Can validate the time. People behind me were. Pussed. Then while leaving same issue. Horrible experience.

Great selection, and rates were awesome - went to the nascar race in Chicago and with all of the other parking rates - this app gave me numerous choices to locate parking and close to where we were staying.

The barcode didnt work on the way in and it didnt work on the way out. We had to pull the ticket to enter and then had to call the attendant, who took all the info from me and finally had to lift the gate for us. HORRIBLE experience.

The location was nice and a lot of parking spots. Some areas were scary due to lack light.
Need better signs to locate cars I know I was on level LL2 but that's all it took me 20+ minutes to find my card the layout could use some improvements.
