I am the monthly customer and since those many construction workers came, it is very difficult for us to find a parking space in the morning

Going in with a sign that says "no grace period" made me feel trapped before I even saw pricing and the qr code link was now working with gpay. There aren't good labels for how the system works. Overall felt frustrated, would not recommend

Parking was fine but the site to pay for the parking is not working well. It is taking me multiple taps, 8+, to get the site to respond. Just came across this issue in the last 2 weeks.

The location was good, the process was easy, and the price was reasonable. The parking facilities were also great.

Easy to use the app. Clean garage with on-site security, cameras and enforcement. Extremely good rates make it a great value.

• I absolutely love the text confirmations, reminders and follow-up email receipts I received for each parking session.
• The garage is clean, user-friendly and has security cameras, roving on-site security and parking enforcement present.

Tried to use the payment machine which turn out to be a difficult due to the glare of the sun. Paying online proved to be easier. The payment machine should be stationed next to the entrance of the building shaded from the sun.

The only reason I gave only 3 stars was that I have a elderly mother who does not speak much English and she is finding going out lately very frightening because she doesn’t know what to do when parking in lots like yours. Someone who is younger or used to dealing with electronic help have not much difficulty but someone in their 70+ who does not read is scared and lost. There is no person around to help these people.

While I appreciated the convenience of paying on-line and the option to add payments if the length of time needed to be extended, I did not appreciate the unadvertised added fees. Had I known about those fees, and had the time to find another alternative, I would have chosen to park elsewhere. No other company that I have experienced using a cashless payment system charges more than the posted fees. If this is a fee you are passing on to your customers, it should be clearly stated on your fee signage, otherwise provide another payment option for your customers to select.

Takes too long to log in and register parking.

If I knew beforehand that the price had increased from $2.50 to $4.35 for two hour’s parking, I wouldn’t have parked there.

I believe the cash drop box was easier. Maybe in the long run things will get easier.
