Garage closed , not allowed entrance. Refund not issued.

Purchasing the parking spot was easy enough. However, the directions/address given for garage access was incorrect. It took me to a loading dock. After attempting to find the correct access point, during rush hour traffic and one-way street detours, I finally had to give up and find another parking garage in order to get to my meetings on time. This meant that I had to pay additional parking fees. Ridiculous.

I reserved and paid in advance for a spot. However, when I arrived, the street was closed in front of the entrance due to placement of a large construction crane. The garage was inaccessible. It should not have sold spots on a day when it would not be available.

Great choice to park in Washington D.C.
Located to a wakable distance from important points of interest. Just keep in mind is not close to the White House or Capitol, but it is a wakable distance. Very easy to access and clean.

Security gate was closed - I couldn't access the scanner with my QR code. I was told I could access parking at 8am - I could not and had to park elsewhere

They denied me even I had a reserved ticket. Useless

I paid for & was given a parking permit for hours that the garage was not yet open for which caused me to be late for an important work event. Make sure to check the operating hours of the parking garage irrespective of the permit you are given by this service.

I made a reservation to park at 950 Massachusetts Ave, NW Washington, DC. When I arrived, it was the garage to the Conrad Hotel. The valets refused to allow me to park there and I was forced to park on the street. I would appreciate you crediting me the $10.98 I paid for parking since I wasn't able to use it.

Easy to use and better than expected

After reserving (and paying via CC!), I never received a confirmation email. The gate at garage did not open when I arrived. I had to find a last-minute alternative and pay higher fees. Parking.com has not refunded my original $ (so I have effectively paid 2x!). I am a very dissatisfied customer. There is no way to contact this provider via phone to resolve.

Experience was good only problem was that no physical ticket was given and my phone nearly died before I could get out of the parking garage which was stressful

Tried to cancel & it kicked me out of the system. Pretty crappy experience altogether. Won’t use you again

Nice and nor cramped. I wish they were more flexible with entry windows if you arrive early

Not enough information about how to get into the parking garage I paid for parking but the scan code did not work so I could not get into the garage

We were charged twice, once on my card to booked it and again on my husband’s card to get out….not happy!
