When you book you time online, you need to be able to increase your time. I was only allowed 2 hours, after that my time expired. I was only 15 minutes over the time limit. When I got to the lot my car had be towed.
YoU SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO INCREASE YOU TIME WHEN YOU BOOK APPT ONLINE. OR HAVE VARIOUS TIME LIMITS. ETC 2, 4 OR 6 HOURS.

Easy to find it. Price is reasonable.

The reservation switched from 6 hours to 2 hours as I booked, and I was not able to cancel. App buttons don’t work.

15 mins walk to Aquarium / Field Museum, good deal for city parking

It was easy to pay ahead of time for a parking spot. The lot was also well lit at night.

what a joke. tailgate lot. no spots, impossible to enter/exit. cars double triple parked in front/behind. stay away.

I was vacationing with my family in Chicago. I park my car in Parking.com - 835 S WABASH and I used the bar CODE that was posted in the parking lot to pay for 24 hours parking. I paid $35 dollars and confirmed with my credit card company my payment. Less than 12 hours later my car was towed away. I paid for both parking and towaway truck total 0f $380 in addition to taxi to go and pick up my car and 4 hours away from family. This ruined our vacation. You can imagine how do I feel about this company.
on the paid with my credit with Bar Code p called my credit card company and they confirm my credit card has been charged for 24 hours parking for 35 dollors.

Easy to use app and good price for 24hr parking. Great location.

Very easy to set up with you, get a parking space and receive notifications. Yes, good experience.

If you put in the wrong plate there is no obvious way to change it.

Someone broke my drivers side window in an attempt to break into my car while parked in the lot at 835 S. Wabash in Chicago.

You guys make this app very difficult.
I submitted my parking payment and you did not process the transaction quick enough and my car was towed.
If you see their sign to park in their lot, especially around the corner in Chicago... AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS

I call bullsh$t there was a festival going on at the park and I was moving my daughter Thursday and between me and her boyfriend we paid $164 for parking. I was absolutely pi$$ed!! I don’t care what is going on it’s not right to make an extra buck - it’s robbery and totally ridiculous!!!!

I reserved parking until 11:30 PM. Because of unusually crowds due to numerous events, i took longet than anticipated to get back to the garage. When I exited it was 11:35 PM and was charged an additional $9.00 to get out.
