I was guided to the wrong spot the first day and I was ticketed for 80 dollars. I had to use Google to find the correct spot.

Parking was easy using the app and it cost less than anticipated. I enjoyed having the opportunity to add more time if needed.

Not crowded, easy to use.

There was no other option but to use the app to pay for parking and it took quite a while. But the biggest reason for one star is that the advertised cost on the sign at the lot was $5 per hour with a daily max of $15. I needed the space for the day and it would have cost more than double that. I had already spent too much time trying to pay so I didn’t have time to move my car. If you’re going to force people to use this “service” then the price on the website should match the price on the sign. I shouldn’t have to pay double.

I was unable to pay at the site using the QR code. I was forced to go to the site as I didn't have time to move the car. This involved paying an additional fee.
Also, although I had paid the MAX amount, I was prompted to pay more as my time allotment was approaching.

I liked it better before when you paid at the machine and it was just $5 for the whole day on a weekday and $15 a day on regular weekends... It was the best kept secret in Denver ;(

The whole experience was extremely easy. I used the text option and was on my way! I appreciated the convenience. 10/10, would use again.

Easy! Although I didn't really need the text reminders that my time was almost up, I definitely can see how that could help someone not go over on their time.

Easy to find a spot and getting it ahead of time guaranteed I had a spot.

Paid for parking in another state and customer service was able to quickly resolve the issue . No hassle parking is what I love about it .

The spaces were available. In the avis Lot. Wish truck had a lot if there own some take up 2 spots or make it hard to get in a spot because they're so long.

Parking was easy to find, and the instructions to pay were very straightforward. Very easy and one of the better priced lots downtown!

This was our first time parking there and we had no problems at all. We were only there for about an hour and 15 minutes to go have dinner. I did like that you can scan the QR code to pay that was a really nice feature instead of having to put your credit card in a machine where there is a higher chance of fraud in card.
