App didn't want to load on the spot. Had to use internet to try to load the website. My signal in the parking lot was 5G and still couldn't get it to load on the restaurant's Wifi.

Paying twice for one session
I had to pay twice in one night instead of letting me extend the timeframe. The sign advertised said $8.00 nighttime parking but when my time was running out and it alerted me, I had to pay an additional $8.00. That doesn’t make any sense

simple to use the app and I like that you recieve an alert when your alotted time is about to expire and if you would like to do add money you can do so.

They charged me $50 when I wasn’t supposed to be charged at all and now I am not getting a reply from customer service when I inquire about my refund. However they keep sending me survey links.

App does not load map. Had to find a QR code to scan. Then it was $8 for 3 hours. The sign, which also had the QR code stated it was $8 all day. And there was tax which would not have applied if I put cash in the machine.

The spots were tiny. We almost got stuck in our spot because the car behind us was so close. Both cars were average size.

the sign said 6.00 for all day but when you go to the app we put in 2 hours so I believe it is decieving. We would not put all day. It happened to 5 other cars so we can't all be wrong. So instead of 6.00 we paid 12.00. I think that is confusing and you are reaping the rewards at our expense
Double charged for parking
Paid for 3 hrs of parking for $6.99. When the option presented itself to extend, no matter how much time was needed it was an additional $6.99. For example, 30 mins would cost $6.99 and 3 hours would cost $6.99. However it stated my time would expire after the 3 hours I originally stated. If the $6.99 was for the entire day, then the parking should not have had an expiration. If you could extend for a select amount of time, the price should have been adjusted. I feel like I was charged double and am very unhappy about it.
All day ask and charge for extension
The website-based payment was misleading and I was unaware that Sunday was an all day payment. When initially paying for parking ot asked for a time limit and then charged $9. When that time limit came close it asked for an extension and since I wasn't quite ready, I extended for a much shorter time. I was charged $9 again. I reached out to the site asking about this and a potential for a refund and my message was forwarded to customer service, but after a week, I still haven't heard from them.

Paid the wrong lot based on where I was…
Paid the wrong lot based on where I was parked. Ended up paying $6.99 x2 +$10.00 reduced parking fee - so $22.00 for 3 hrs.
Feel that the lots need to be much more clearly marked as to what space goes to what lot and where to pay. Very confusing and will not use this lot again.
