The initial sign in was a little complicated in terms of texting to a number and providing a code, but I think once you have done it once, it will be easier in the future and the ability to register to have an account will also make that easier. The absolute best feature is the reminder when your time is about to expire and the ability to extend the time on your device. That was terrific.

Convenient

Parking was easy, but extending the time to park was not fair. Other parking apps I use, just charge for the additional time. You charge a minimum plus a service fee.

Easy to pay, nice to get reminders

I received a parking violation ticket on my wi shield, when I returned to my car. They are threatening to charge me $40.

I fully paid for my parking at 4451 Jenifer St in Washington DC on 8.4.23 at 1:16 and received confirmation of my payment. When I returned to my car at 8pm before the expiration of my allotted time, there was a $40 parking violation for "failure to prepay parking fee." The violation was written a hour before the expiration of my parking duration.

Easy to navigate in the app. I wasn't sure if the online extension was possible, but notification of the session end was helpful.

Parking lot not light at all. Too many things to enter click, just to set up a parking session.

There was an issue with prepaying for the parking..I received multiple error messages several times when trying to complete the transaction..Finally, about two hours later I was able to complete the payment…Not good…🤔

Prefect location. Parking attendant management of the lot.

I paid for parking at lot on Jenifer St NW and still received a ticket. Awful! Never parking there again.

You pay in advance so exiting is quick. But when I returned to my car around 11pm the parking lot was completely dark. There were no lights on at all.

Terrible, terrible service on this website on Friday, August 4th. Parked at the Jenifer lot in Friendship Heights to catch the shuttle to the CitiOpen tennis. App not working for HOURS! After 20+ attempts to pay, left our car and went to tournament. Tried several times during tourney to pay. Finally call a phone # we found online and the guy who answered said “what car…I may have already ticketed it”! Turns out he hadn’t, but told me to pay within the hour or I would get a ticket. VERY BAD app and VERY BAD customer service. When we got back to the lot, the car next to ours had a ticket, but the company should waive all tickets for the day. Everyone arriving when we did was having the same problem with the app. No one was trying to park without paying, but no one was ABLE TO PAY!! Bill your app developer!

Well, there was available parking in this lot and I was happy to see I didn't have to pay so much to park for 10 hrs. It was easy to scan QR code and pay with a card.
