The price wasn’t posted before we parked . When I got out to pay, I realized it was more than other lots that were closer to the Summerfest grounds. I didn’t want to continue to drive around and find parking so I paid but thought it was ridiculous that this farther lot was more expensive.

The area to park is very...dingy
The area to park is very...dingy. Didn't FEEL safe, although nothing happened. Just dark, damp, smelled like pee everywhere. And it was a hike from our hotel. Even with all that, it was $60 instead of the $65 for valet. If I had known, I would have done valet instead.

Easy to use app, expensive it parking at the wrong time.
Easy to use app. I was parking overnight and it was pretty expensive. Turns out there was a festival the next day so I was paying festival prices even though I was going to be gone before the festival would start. Other than the cost, I have no complaints.

For my first time using it
For my first time using it, I was able to figure out how to pay with a credit card on my phone. I never found a place on the lot where I could insert the CC. It would be helpful if that machine was located close to the exits. Not everyone is able to pay through the app.

not great
It was such a pain to have to dig out a credit card in the freezing cold with my hands full for a meeting. Ideally we could use Apple Pay, or Paypal to make it easier.
