Tall African American male employee will literally hunt you down for a tip when they didn’t even do anything for us. I literally parked my own car and they gave me a hard time for paying through app. They asked for my bank card when I had already paid electronically. How RUDE to run up to my window and beg for a tip.

Great Parking Reservations
The few transactions with Parking.com have been great. The instructions are always clear, addresses are correct, and rates are reasonable.
345 Fullerton Garage was another great experience. Valet parking and the attendants were very friendly and helpful. Great location, easy in and out, and peace of mind parking in a safe, secured location.

Address incorrect on pre-paid parking space: no response or refund provided yet
Edit Update: I reached out to the customer service phone number which was answered quickly. The agent resolved my issue and refunded my payment.
I pre-purchased a space for a garage. The address on the map, the app, and the email confirmation was not the entrance to the garage so we were unable to access our pre-paid spot. After finding, and paying for, alternate parking, the garage manager, over a phone call, indicated the accurate address. A request for refund was sent to parking.com but no response nor refund has been issued. Although it was easy to use, I will not use this service again.
