Doesn't even work for my phone anymore
I have to put my trust in others when parking because the QR code doesn't work, nor does the 339 address even pop up as a choice. On top of me not seeing the zone number anywhere. Then they send you a ticket from 3 months ago in the mail with additional fees.my car also got hit in that same lot one day and the cops were parked there and did nothing. They just sat in there car and let the people speed of while basically parked right infront of the accident.

It took several trys to finally get it to work. We almost left. Two older couples still efforting as we left. Hire an attendant. You're already making free money. Don't be such a tight ass

Convenient location
I've parked in this lot several times. Even if you hit the "save this card" button, or "remember me" button it will not store any information and you have to input all your info every single time. It's a little annoying. The qr code is also the only way to pay. I understand no cash, but no credit or debit cards? Idk.
This lot is super convenient as far as location.

Lot was well lit. No pay stations must be done on mobile either app or QR code. Took a few minutes to set up account. Prices were increased due to a concert

Beware of parking lots with no attendant
I received a parking bill and had to show proof of paying. Someone needs to look more closely at proof of payment before sending out parking citations.

The website changed my license plate…
The website changed my license plate number as I was checking out, so I had to pay twice because my first payment was for the wrong car. I had already typed in the license plate number correctly before the website changed my information.

Simply downtown
When there is an event in the area the option to purchase hours is there but does not work.. I do not like to pay over $20 to park when there is an hourly rate available to just be downtown…

The web version was difficult to…
The web version was difficult to navigate, not intuitive at all. I finally downloaded the app (which I didn’t want or need on my phone for this one time deal) and had no issue completing my parking. I have used other parking apps (Delaware - Rehoboth beach) and was SO MUCH SIMPLER!!!
