I wasn’t able to make the transaction with my card so my daughter used her. Again it didn’t seem to process it so she did it again and ended up being charged twice.

quick and easy to grab a parking spot. cheaper price than was expecting for downtown seattle!

The form to enter the information was clear and was easynto navigate.

I never received a receipt for my parking.

For spam mail. Nobody gives a dime for an app as trivial as a parking app

It would only let me park in 10 hour segments, not 24 hrs. as the sign said.
And the last day it would not let me re-up the 10 hours. We lost sleep because we thought the car would be TOWED.

Sign said $12 plus tax in before 9am 10 hour max. They charged me $14 plus a $0.99 service fee (not mentioned on the sign) and only gave me 9 hours.

Great experience easy app to manage and pay, I liked that I received a text in case that extra time may be needed. I fully recommend

I arrived at the lot on 330 Dexter at 5:25. The sign clearly said, $4 after 5:00pm. I used the app and tried to get time for 4 hours as I needed but it would only let me sign up for 1 hour and charged me $9.98 plus tax for that hour. When it expired, the app allowed me to renew for another 3 hours and charged me $4.99 plus tax. So I paid a total of $15.83. I tried calling their "customer service" number and got a recording that said the office was closed and to try back the next day.
Summary:
1) False advertising.
2) An app that does not work properly.
3) Over billing by 300%.
4) No customer service available.

Very confusing. I tried scanning the QR code first. It looked as if the right half of the screen was overlaid with another so I couldn't see the whole question.I entered the license plate number and then the program sent me back to a different screen. It took several minutes to find the payment screen and I still felt unsure that I had recorded the transaction correctly. I ended up going back to the parking lot and starting over with the text option.

I paid for what I thought was 2 hours C and turned out to be 45 minutes for10 dollars . I had to extend and was charged another 10 for les than 2 hours! A rip off!

One of the most cumbersome parking apps. Not a fan.

very easy to use... loved that we got a text to know that our time was almost up and allowed us to increase our time ....effortlessly!

For some reason the website wouldn't let me add more time so I had to rush and get my car our so it wouldn't possibly be fined. This was on a Sunday after 5pm
