They did not honor my reservation when I arrived, told me there was no space, and 3 days later customer service has still not refunded my payment. Bad experience all around! I would not use this garage again.

Friendly staff…reasonable price and reminded of closing time!

Price was good. Location was good. Service was good. The address was confusing. 120 W 21 St. was a condo, not a garage. Anyway, I found the garage.

Website was self explanatory, valet was curtous, good location and price.

I paid for my oversize vehicle because I have had multiple problems in the past in other lots saying they could not accommodate my car so i used a parking garage that said specifically they could accommodate. When I arrived at the garage, i was told there was no room because my car was too large. When I told i had prepaid for oversize i was then told that the lot charges $25 for oversize and apparently on the app i only paid $15 extra - I told them i would pay the extra $10 on my way out.
What a hassle - why even bother paying ahead of time.
When I arrived to pick up my car- the gentleman did waive the extra $10 which was appreciated but it should have never been brought up in the first place. The whole point of paying for parking in advance is that you don't have to worry about paying at the lot.

Efficiency & cleanliness and polite attendants

It was easy to use the site, but the service and attitude at the location was horrible. I purchased a 5pm-10pm time slot. They informed me that they close at 10:00, so I had to pick my car up 8:30. That was not appreciated

This has been the worse parking lot I’ve seen. To left a car we waited, there was not enough staff to help others. To picking up the car was a chaos situation, I waited over an hour and the person who was assisting us was overwhelmed, couldn’t help one person because he started helping others. Worse Parking lot in NYC, I won’t be there again even for free.

The lot was full when we got there even though we had prepaid ahead, and the attendant was rude and unhelpful. What is the point of reserving and prepaying if they just give your spot away?

Attendant was courteous & promptly took care of us - both when we brought the car in & when we came to pick it up.

Very easy to use. The staff is professional and very friendly. On arrival, I only had to hand over the car and on departure, the car was delivered very quickly.

Booked an oversized spot prior. Showed up and attendant told me he could not fit an oversized vehicle. Ended up roaming nyc for a lot that would take us.

Simple. Direct. Successful. Will continue to use.

Reserving a spot was easy, and "sign in" worked well. I was impressed with the ease of entry and professionalism of the gentleman behind the counter.
The price was great, too! My only comment relates to the inability of the attendant to find my receipt when I went to claim my car. It was not filed with the others, but was behind a separate group. A phone call was needed to resolve this.

The guys were friendly and efficient. I felt comfortable leaving my car there.

There was some confusion when I picked up the car. The attendant kept saying he needed to scan my parking pass. So I showed him what I received from Parking.com email but he said I didn’t have what he needed. That delayed my car pick up a little bit. But overall, the garage was fine

Paid for parking in advance and when I arrived at garage they would not let me in because they were full. They did not honor the receipt that I paid in advance.If I could I would give this no stars at all!
