What a joke the parking was. Everytime we went to increase the time it would not allow us to add an hour and automatically charged us $54.

That we paid with card and actually got our receipt and got a reminder about time nearing the expiration. That was really helpful.

Parking price is way too expensive! 26.99 to park for slightly over 1 hour is outrageous! You advertise in big letters $10 parking until you park and pay only to realize it’s only the 1st hour then jumps to $25 and up. Plus you charge a cc fee when there is no other option to pay.

misleading advertising on price
misleading advertising on price. Large sign says $10.
Wound up paying close to 30.00 for 2 hrs time.
Very expensive for just 2 hours use.

NEVER AGAIN!!!
Your rates are out of control and there is no option to renew those outrageous rates online...you have to go back to the lot to add more money and time to your parking. And again...YOUR PRICES SUCK!!!

Parking location in downtown Nashville…
Parking location in downtown Nashville was close to Broadway and seemed to be in a safe location. Easy to scan and pay and add more time if necessary.

Parking was ok but I had an issue with fee be adjusted since I only used half of the time I paid for. I sent in an email with receipt almost 2 weeks ago but no one ever responded. Very bad customer service.
