Impossible to locate with no directions
I could not find the parking lot. The parking lot had two different addresses on it with no picture. I looped around the block multiple times before going to a garage and paying twice as much for parking at another garage during my reservation. This made me 30 minutes late to my event. After looking closer at the reservation, it allowed me to book in a hotel valet lot.. there was no direction on the reservation that about what I was supposed to do. The lot was also full. Terrible experience. They took my money for nothing

I didn't like how the parking lot lines…
I didn't like how the parking lot lines were set up. It was confusing and difficult and I got trapped in there and for all the hassle that had to go through just to park $50 was way too much

The price was pretty crazy
The price was pretty crazy. We pulled in because a sign said 8 dollars overnight parking with the same logo on it and when we parked and scanned the QR code and we paid like 36 dollars for 7 hours.

I accidentally type my car’s License…
I accidentally type my car’s License back plate number. It took the money without confirming the details. There is no way to edit to correct the number. Tried calling the number, but never reach anyone. U know it’s not a lot, but I lost $5.00 for nothing

I used this because I had a code that…
I used this because I had a code that said it would be $10 for the event I was going to. The code was not working but it wasn’t worth the headache to figure it out over $4 difference. Once we got to the parking garage we were told we could parking in reserved spots (understandable) but the first four levels were all reserved!
